These terms govern your use of ThreadNest. By creating an account, you agree to them, along with the Community Guidelines and Content Policy.
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and you must be old enough to use ThreadNest under the laws that apply to you.
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting it, you give ThreadNest the license needed to store, display, and distribute it as part of running the service — for example, showing your threads to other members of a nest.
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines and Content Policy. We can remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate them.
Nest owners and moderators can set additional rules for their own nest and moderate accordingly, on top of the platform-wide policies. Platform staff can still act on any nest regardless of its own rules.
Some nests charge for access. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and canceling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; ThreadNest doesn't store your card details.
You can delete your account at any time from Account security. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Content Policy, or the Community Guidelines.
ThreadNest is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use ThreadNest after a change means you accept the updated terms.
